Tailored equipment and tooling
Design engineering bureau of the Center of Composite Technology provides services such as development of tailored equipment and tooling for various purposes and of various levels of sophistication.
In course of work with the customers our designers developed different types of equipment starting from universal pieces, such as ovens, paint dispensing, etc. to dedicated equipment for production of z-crimp folded core, thermoplastic cellular core, etc.
All design work from 3D modelling to issue of design documentation is performed in Siemens NX system. If necessary, strength calculation in ANSYS system and kinematic analysis of equipment units’ motion may be done.
